Comfort Suites Omaha East-Council Bluffs

We stayed one night at this hotel, and were super impressed with it. The suite with king sized bed and pull out couch was roomy and very clean. It was very quiet. The staff, including the manager and the gentleman cleaner Richard, were very helpful and personable. We needed an early start to the morning, so the manager made sure he had breakfast ready half an hour before the usual time. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

A great price to stay! The rooms where clean and the beds where comfy. Our host Neil is very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We forgot my daughter’s stuffed animal in the room. Neil helped us retrieve it. The breakfast was amazing! Our experience overall was great. Thank you Neil!

Neil at the front desk is so welcoming and nice. The breakfast is terrific and the breakfast host is amazing. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The building is quiet. Parking lot is well lighted. Pet friendly! Close to the dog show site. Second year staying. I’ll be back! Thanks for a great stay!

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! Neil went above and beyond for us and our friends who also stayed. It was a wonderful Valentine’s Day stay. The hotel was decorated so nicely with all sorts of free snacks, drinks, and good energy. We definitely will be back and highly recommend. The bed was wonderful and pillows. Room was clean, TVs on for our convenience when we got there and two red balloons for the celebration. Thanks so much for such a great time!!!!

Hidden Gem! The rooms where really clean. The service here is exceptional. Neil made us feel right at home. He goes above and beyond his own role. The breakfast was wonderful and the location is very quiet. Thank you Neil for making our stay memorable!
