Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Council Bluffs, IA

The stay at this country inn& suites was perfect. Everything about it was perfect. The room was perfect. The staff was wonderful, friendly, helpful, always smiling. Always saying hello. How are you? The breakfast was perfect every morning. The food was cooked perfectly and it was always hot and ready to eat. The property was clean and in very good shape. We had no issues with anything. The entire stay was perfect. I would highly recommend staying at this establishment and it was within 50 yd of the horseshoe casino which was also a bonus. They have a restaurant in there called BJ's Cafe and we ate there a couple of times for lunch and their food was excellent. I would also recommend eating lunch here or dinner. The food was perfect. We had a two-room suite with a king size bed. It was a great staycation in a perfect location. Right across the street from the horseshoe casino in council bluffs, Iowa. It was a perfect weekend getaway. The staff at this hotel were fantastic. We had breakfast every morning which was part of that room as was free breakfast for every guest and it was excellent. It always included scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, sausage and french toast sticks along with fruits, yogurts assorted flavors. Toast, bagels and muffins and coffee and assorted juices and milk. Everyday the food is perfect. Always hot and plentiful.

Positive: Crystal clear indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was awesome both mornings. front desk, pleasant, knowledgeable and provided a warm welcome. Negative: Radisson hotels tend to have very thin walls. At least that has been our experience.

Good morning! Everything was perfect and we had a good night sleep. We did ask for 2 more blankets and that was no problem! The breakfast was excellent. All staff friendly and helpful! The pool was great! Definitely, we will recommend & stay again when passing through this area. Diane

stayed here twice once before it was a really nice room no problem so we came back for a second time. The ac was broken we called down for a fan or something it was 71 in the room they told us to open a window. We were packing the room up and my husband was taking stuff to the car so my daughter and I were laying in the room portion with the door shut waiting and someone working swung the door open and left it open my husband came back to it open. It was 11:28 won’t be staying here again. But the location is great if you want to go gamble and the pool was very fun and clean
