BridgePointe Inn & Suites by BPhotels, Council Bluffs, Omaha Area

We stayed here so we could spend an evening visiting the Old Market and the Heartland Park area (Omaha downtown). Staying here cost us only half of what we would have paid in a downtown Omaha hotel (and its only 2 miles to get there from this hotel). So yeah its a hidden gem if you have to visit Omaha downtown. I have to say this is a clean and no-frills hotel. The room we stayed in was clean with pretty decent beds and pillows. The water pressure was fantastic. The front desk ladies were super nice to talk to and helpful. The breakfast was well stocked. It would have been nice if they had some fruits, at least bananas, but otherwise there were plenty of options. So if all you care about is a peaceful night's sleep and a decent breakfast in the morning on a budget, this place will suffice.

Budget-friendly, but cleanliness needs improvement I stayed at Bridgepointe Inn in Council Bluffs primarily because of the price, which was very inexpensive at around $80 a night. There were some positives: the room had plank flooring instead of carpet (which I appreciated), the beds were comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was good. Unfortunately, cleanliness was a significant issue. The room was not very clean overall. The bathroom floor and trim boards were dirty, the bathroom sink and mirrors hadn’t been properly cleaned, and there was a used towel hanging behind the bathroom door, which was unpleasant to discover. The shower faucets also looked worn and in need of refreshing. The heater did work, but it rattled loudly when blowing. Most concerning for me was an unplea

The Staff at BridgePointe was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and updated. The pillows was hard and I had a pillow with me I used. Breakfast was nice with a variety of foods. From Cold to hot. Eggs, Sausages, Biscuits and gravy. Yogurt, milk, Juices and coffee. Waffles to. Check in was easy and check out was to. The price for my stay was very good. I will be back for sure.

Very polite and friendly staff that were accommodating to us at our arrival. The location right of the exit makes it a very easy stop. Sadly our room (King Suite) was right next to the entrance and was very loud throughout the night. Even with a noise machine on max volume, we were awoken frequently to doors slamming and loud chatting in the lobby. The walls do not seem to have much sound insulation inside them. Worth the price if you are a heavy sleeper and can withstand all the inevitable noise.

All in all, this was a nice stay. The bed was comfortable, the room clean, no odd smells, friendly staff, continental breakfast was lack luster but much better than other hotels I have stayed at. I would definitely stay here again. Great rooms for the price!
