Red Roof Inn Jacksonville - Cruise Port

Room was comfortable an cool. Everything was clean. Office was very welcoming, so glad they had fresh hot coffee whenever I needed at Check-out time thanks to front desk Kyra. She assured me.

I just want to say thank you to the GM Ava for helping me with my reservation, and for being so kind and patient. I also want to thank the front desk staff Denise for also going over and beyond to help! Great job red roof team. This place has come a long way, and the staff here now are much more friendly, kind, and understanding! I would definitely recommend this hotel when staying in this area!

Denise went above and beyond for my family on our stay. Rooms were not the fanciest but no worse than other places for the same price. I was witness to Denise paying for a homeless woman's room out of her own pocket she brought us extra pillows quickly and was so very kind. She most definitely makes the stay worth while

Positive: not much Negative: No towels, no wash cloths, very nasty, smelled like illegal drugs and sketchy people hanging out at entrance, overall horrible experience

The hotel advertises with NEW rooms! The online pictures aren't the pictures of this RRInn! It was the worst motel i have ever been. Window in our room and many other were partially or entirely shattered. Floor was dirty sticky and damaged, faucets were loose and spraying. Trashy looking furniture, bad smell throughout the place, lots of broken glass around the building, dog poop everywhere. The place feels unsafe. If we weren't limited because we came with a dog i would have left immediately. Thank goodness the bed was clean. Otherwise i didnt want to touch anything. This place needs a total makeover before allowing anybody to spend the night.
