Red Roof Inn Jacksonville Airport

Positive: nothing Negative: No chair in the room along with no microwave or refrigerator and most of all NO ALARM CLOCK or way to get a wake up call as no phones etc. Motel is up for sale and owners clearly do not care about their guests.DO NOT ACCEPT ANY BOOKINGS FOR THIS RED ROOF

Receptionist was not at desk ( it was 6:00ish pm) had to call for her twice to come out and she as she did come out it was like it took all of her effort. Terrible customer service. |Room; tv nor phone worked. Receptionist had to come to room and took her a good 15+ mins to get tv to work, then once we turned it off and back on it stopped working again.|Breakfast was horrible. Basic waffles, fatty sausage, tube eggs, white bread, no fruit, no yogurt nothing healthy at all, coffee terrible! Charge for cost of breakfast within room price a lot more, and get far less. No toiletries in bathroom not even Kleenex!

The lady that work the front Desk Mrs.Cassie was very polite and she found me a great room. The room was very clean and super spacious . The bed was comfortable. Cassie made me some fresh coffee and she’s very funny. If I could I would give her 20 stars. If you ever check in at the Red Roof ask for Cassie she’s going to make sure you’re very comfortable.

Cassie was a very helpful and informative host . Not to mention a smile that’s light the room. She reasured me of the hotel safety and cleanliness record which concerns me because of my kids whom travel with me. All and all she put my mind at total ease. I will definitely stay again . Hotel was nice as well as the night employe Cassie.

Everything was fine. Didn't see any bugs, or trash. Everyone I saw was friendly and helpful. Free Wifi worked great. TV didn't have many channels, but any channels are better than none. Didn't see people just hanging around, and I had no complaints.
