Casey, Cindy, and Red are all amazing! They are the kindest guest services front desk people you'll ever meet! Their hearts are beautiful, and they shine. Honestly, they go above and beyond to help, and are rare gems! I'm blessed to have met them. I stopped off because it looked quiet and out of the way. There were limited options around the area. It was raining hard, and I was on a motorcycle.||When the lobby smells smoky we are off to a bad start. Wanted a 100.00 dollar deposit on my card. I asked why. The guy said “ for the smoking” I told him I do not smoke. He said that’s the policy.||I said no thanks and spent another hour in the rain and horrendous traffic but found a nice place off I 85 that was pricey but very nice.|I can’t honestly say if the place was good or bad, but it’s got a different vibe about it.

I never submit reviews for places, but this place was by far the worst place I have ever stayed at. My original room had no working heat, the door stopper was busted into the wall, outlets were missing their covers, and the hot and cold water were flipped. I talked to management and they did put me in a new room, which was better but still had its own issues. In the new room there were stains on the bed sheets, the door looked like it had been shot, and the shower faucet options did not match what each option was. Outside of the hotel isn’t much better. During my stay there were multiple sketchy people walking around and smoking right next to rooms. They say there is a designated smoking area, but it’s never enforced. I was honestly worried someone was going to break into my vehicle whil

right on the hiway folks, very noisy traffic scene fyi. the bathroom fan is on motion sensor as is the light which can be brain blitzes in the middle of the night. its a motel, so loud voices on the balcony walkway outside the door can be like alarm clocks. but hey, its a nice clean little room and this nonsmoker approves. no nourishmebt on the premise, peace out

My husband I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Casey helped to make this stay and our Christmas vacation amazing! We are medically disabled, and when we booked this stay we were not aware that we didn't book an accessible room. So when we called to confirm that we had a downstairs room because of our disability, she saw to it that we got the appropriate room. This very kind act of hers made our stay AMAZING! And because of Casey, we will definitely be back! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you Casey for everything ❤️ 🙏🏽
