One of the best Hampton Inns we've stayed at in a very long time. From check-in to check-out, top notch service. The breakfast selection was pretty good as well. The breakfast staff were very helpful and pleasant. In my opinion, most Hampton Inns are going downhill, definitely not this one!!! Highly recommend.

This a great location in walking distance from everything. The room was clean and standard, very nice. They have to best staff ever! The greatness started before we even got out of our car with Shamar from valet greeting us. Then it continued when we checked in with Mrs. Tammy and her sweet self, I just love her so much! Y’all got the right one at the front desk. The next day when I went down to grab some breakfast for my husband and I, Mrs Betty seen my hands full and offered me a tray. Every staff member smiled and looked like they really enjoy their job. We’re already trying to figure out when we’re coming back. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Positive: Outstanding customer service from the staff. Hotel employee gave us a great dinner recommendation and always greeted us with a bright smile, welcome conversation. Valet attendants were top notch and location/walkability to the greenway, restaurants is a plus! Negative: The current construction across the way is a bit noisy. We?re early risers so it didn?t affect our routine but sleeping in wouldn?t have been possible.

I am a big fan of Hampton Inn. Good quality, reliability, and comfort. This hotel has a great location, comfortable rooms, and friendly team. Walking distance to the Riverwalk. Wonderful! They lose points with the amenities. No Netflix or other streaming services available for your individual login on the TVs. I’ve grown accustomed to these as T hey seem to be a hallmark of a good hotel. Additionally, the workout room is the size of a postage stamp. Two people can work out at one time. That’s it. Additionally, it was great to see a Peloton bike, but it wasn’t working.
