Holiday Inn Express & Suites Greenville - Taylors by IHG

Our stay was great and the rooms where very clean. The only issue I had was the coffee maker was dirty on the inside. The staff was friendly and super inviting. The breakfast was one the best I have seen staying with the holiday Inn.. recommend this place

Have been going to this hotel for several years for weekend trips to Greenville. It is very conveniently located outside of downtown. I have noticed the last several trips the quality has gone down. There is never an employee at the front desk except for check in. I knowxthe breakfast is free, but the quality has definitely gone down. The food is notxwekk stocked, us cold and there is never a person around tending the food. No more! Going to start going to another hotel chain!!

We stayed at this Holiday Inn location in Greenville, SC for an out of town concert. We chose this location as it was a good price for one night, and a 10 minute drive to the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. We arrived late, rushed to get ready, so gave the room a once over. It was fairly clean, but definitely in need of a deeper clean and someone to check over the room once more before approving it for guest use. There were a few hairs in the bathroom, on the sink and in the tub, and all the floors needed a deep clean. The carpet was clean until the edges and under the bed, and the tiles needed a better scrubbing around fixtures and in the grout. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I was greeted by staff entering and exiting the hotel. The hotel smelled "clean" throughout the duration of my stay. .I especially took notice of that. My room was spacious and fully stocked with clean towels and toiletries. I'm HUGE on customer service. I can honestly state that the staff EXCEEDED my expectations! 😊

We arrived at this hotel about 3:05 and had made a special request for early check-in (due to arrival at 3:00 and needing to get ready for an event). We were told the room wasn't yet ready and it would be about 30 minutes. In actuality, we didn't get to check in until a few minutes after 4:00 (normal check in time). We waited in the lobby and besides not being able to get into the room a little early, I was concerned that our stay might not be great because I had plenty of time to watch an army of ants parading through the lobby! Yikes! On the way to the room, I noticed that it looked like there'd been a spill on the floor of the one working elevator (there are two at this location, but only one worked while we were staying), there were dirty and unvacuumed areas of the carpet on the way
