DoubleTree by Hilton Greenville Woodruff Road

We had a great stay at the DoubleTree, and Takita and Sharon truly made us feel at home. They took excellent care of us during breakfast, were very welcoming, and were extremely informative about the menu items. Their kindness and attentiveness really stood out and made our experience even better. Thank you, Takita and Sharon, for such wonderful hospitality!

Kiera, Anitrya, Princess, Alyssia the entire team was so helpful the day my boyfriend got sick. They jumped right into action when he had come down with a stomach bug. I was given everything I needed. The hotel is clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. The bartender in the evening is phenomenal love her! Everyone was truly great. The breakfast, the chicken wings and crispy Brussels… can’t wait to have to go back to Greenville! This was my first experience of the Hilton brand and I am a lover now. I will not stay in anything else now! Note I am big on customer service and I loved my experience!

This is one of the best Hilton properties I have ever stayed at. The entire hotel is very new and everything is in good condition. Excellent prices too compared to downtown hotels. The complimentary coffee in the lobby is appreciated. Super convenient location and plenty of parking. It's quiet here too! I would happily stay here again.

Jae at the front desk is extremely ignorant and unprofessional. Avoid this location at all cost. Not worth your time or money. I am writing a letter to corporate. If you have experience racism or prejudice behavior from him, feel free to email so that we can get a class action started. Unacceptable.
