Customer Reviews
Hotel Hartness is pure luxury done right. We spent three nights here for a couples getaway, and from start to finish it was absolutely perfect. The property is elegant, peaceful, and impeccably designed, ideal for a romantic weekend escape. Upon arrival, we had a wine and charcuterie board delivered to our room, and it did not disappoint. Thoughtfully curated and beautifully presented, it set the tone immediately, those little touches are what make the experience worth every bit of the price of admission. The cocktails were crafted to perfection, the atmosphere was calm and refined, and the room itself felt like a private retreat. The oversized, spa-like shower alone is worth the stay, luxurious, relaxing, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail felt intentional, from the service to the
I love this hotel! This is the second time I’ve stayed here and it’s simply wonderful the rooms are extremely clean as is the property, but what’s most impressive Is the staff here. I had amazing experiences with the following staff members.: |Blossom in F&B: blossom was delightful to see every morning in the breakfast area. She was attentive. She helped me with certain dietary needs, was extremely friendly and enjoyable to talk to. You are extremely lucky to have her.||Tyesha: Tasha was at the front desk, always with a smile on her face, extremely professional and Customer Service oriented. She was a pleasure to work with anything I needed. She accommodated me and was simply so sweet.. you are very lucky to have her.||Hotel Hartness is my new go to destination in the Greenville area when
We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Hartness for a little staycation during the second annual gala for the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Upstate South Carolina network. Let me just say: it was a five-star experience through and through! The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, and the food at the gala was delicious—every detail was spot-on, making the entire evening special. But the real highlight was the hotel stay itself. The rooms were stunning—immaculately clean, beautifully appointed, and just as amazing as the rest of the venue. Our room overlooked the pond and pool, offering a peaceful view that made it hard to leave. It felt like our own private retreat tucked inside a luxury resort. We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable or luxurious place to unwind. In short
This is one of our very favorite weekend getaways under a 2-hour drive - gorgeous hotel to say the least BUT it is getting a bit more like a residential chic neighborhood though unfortunately. Staff was great as usual however our dinner at The Patterson was a mess with entries/drinks not arriving for almost an hour - food still amazing and management handled the error favorably which we appreciated - the biggest disappointment though was going down to the amazing complimentary breakfast buffet and finding it switched over to a sandwich/coffee shop to purchase options from 4 breakfast sandwiches - no orange juice even to purchase - even more affordable hotels we’ve stayed at at least had a buffet to chose from - this change may have us looking for a new getaway in the Greenville area. Stayed the weekend for a mother-daughter getaway and had the best time. The hotel is beautiful and decorated for the holidays. We enjoyed the fireplaces, spa, breakfast, food from the lounge and walking the trails on the grounds. We were surprised to find a small farmers market with organic produce from the Hartness Farm happening on the property during one of our many walks. The spa was fantastic and easily walkable from our room. We Uber'd into downtown Greenville for dinner each night however upon return We'll definitely give the Patterson a try! I absolutely recommend having one of their charcuterie boards and prosecco waiting in your room when you arrive.
