Red Roof Inn Franklin, TN

Not impressed with the rooms. No Breakfast included although it states otherwise while booking through Expedia. If you want to just get a night sleep and head out in the morning it's great. To stay longer than a day , I wouldn't. Door safety had only one bolt and was loose, one was missing the other broken off from the head. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable and the pillows! Small refrigerator and microwave were available. But, it looked like it had some half repairs done. Leaking from under the sink near the shut off valve. Roller door (farm style ) was not even attached properly and bottom trim coming off. Like I stated earlier if you want to have a night's rest it is great. Staying longer I wouldn't.

If you book your room here they are pretty fair and breakfast is good! You have to ask for everything because they think everyone steals so they don’t provide you with much breakfast food or towels so you have to ask! The wife owner was telling my personal business to the workers, complaining that my towels were wet!!! Well the bathroom sink snd toilet is leaking but i didn’t complain about that because i knew that they had to known about this ,, its no way they didn’t! But they never told me , apologize about the inconvenience it was probably causing me or even wondering if i needed it cleaned up periodically, they just let it leak and i just but there towels on the leak I mean i guess ill use the toilet paper next time ! But the female wife of the owner asked me Why are-the towels so wet

***Don't Waste Your Money*** I recently stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Franklin, Tennessee, and was extremely disappointed by the condition of the property and the lack of cleanliness. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed cockroaches, heavy dust buildup, and black mold in several areas, particularly around the bathroom shower The bathroom door was deteriorating and coming apart, and the paint in the shower was peeling off, giving the entire space an unsanitary and neglected appearance. Most concerning, there were visible blood stains on the comforter, which is absolutely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about hygiene and housekeeping standards. We came around 4am for a room, the guy was nice and he was able to answer all my questions, I end up saying for 5 days, its really quiet here which I love, its pet friendly, I didnt have a pet, the rooms were nice I had to switch rooms,one time due to remodeling which I understood. I pay $100 a night which isn't bad, the rooms were clean with clean towels and bed sheets, theres no cups but there is soap in the rooms, I like this location better then the one I been too in macon georgia, I will be returning to this location soon

I'm going to keep the written short and just let you see from the pics that this is one of the last places you'll want to stay. As I was taking a look at a water stain from around the smoke detector I noticed the battery cover partially open. I discovered the non-working detector had no battery. The room was very dark and dingy and I suspect it was that way to keep people from realizing how bad it was.
