Red Roof Inn Dumfries - Quantico

I attempted to check in with a person who was visiting the United States. The employee at the front desk told us that a valid U.S. ID was required. I explained that my companion was a visitor and did not have a U.S. ID because they are only in the country temporarily. Even so, he flatly refused to complete the check-in, despite the fact that the reservation had already been fully paid. What was most concerning was the employee’s attitude. He was rude, unprofessional, and raised his voice when I asked to speak with a supervisor. He also made comments implying that we were “illegal,” which was completely offensive and discriminatory. No one deserves to be treated that way. It is very troubling that a company would allow its staff to treat customers like this, especially when it involves di

Positive: The guy working on Friday morning was very nice and helpful. Negative: It reeked of Marijuana ans cigarettes despite it being a non smoking room. Toilet leaked, the room was filthy, mold or mildew was growing on the bathroom ceiling.

I am frequent traveler to Virginia my grandchildren live near it was a short trip so I wanted a place near by so we made a reservation upon checking in my first impression was location ,after checking in the room smells very mushy the entrance door seal was missing and light was shining through I went back to the attendant and complained and he gave me another room ..all the toiletries we subpar tv was the size of a desk top computer the room was so smelly all my clothes smelled like the room I expected reasonable accommodation for the price I think I should be paid for staying there .

Even though this hotel is in the cut it is no secret how their customer service is. They front desk attendants are all so awesome. When I made a mistake with the dates on my reservation Khalid was able to take the frustration level down by correct it in the system. He’s always so cheerful when I come to the reception area. Good afternoon I'm just giving my opinion on the Red roof inn here in Dumfries Virginia My stay here was great I enjoyed myself I needed some time to myself in order to love myself. The staff will very nice I believe I got the last room last night but thank God everything worked out and thank you to the staff here in Dumfries, KHALID❤️❤️❤️🌬️💨
