Positive: Good customer service and aexcellent clean environment made the stay comfortable and satisfying. Negative: A random courtesy call would be appreciative to see the needs of visitors.

Beware of night lead front desk clerk very unprofessional. Apparently she likes to enjoy a drink or two while at work. Nice establishment aesthetically but you have to wonder why is it only rated a two star hotel. My guess is the quality of help. High-quality help is characterize by empathy, active listening, patience, and competence.

We had an easy check in room was clean water pressure great. Lobby has a good smell and lots of parking. Breakfast could be better.

I had a great stay here, but with some small issues that collectively made me remove a star: - The curtains barely cover the window, so there's nothing to block light (see the photo). - The shower curtain lets water through, which caused a huge puddle the first time I used it. - On one occasion, the pool was so dirty I didn't feel comfortable swimming in it (it was fine other times though). - Housekeeping is not "only when requested" (quote from a sticker in the bathroom), it's every day unless you put up the Do Not Disturb sign. It's good that they take room cleanliness seriously, but the communication there isn't great. - The blanket cover slides right off if you move even a little in your sleep. All this aside, this is genuinely a very nice hotel for the price. The beds are very comfort

The hotel clerk was very helpful, courteous, professional and engaging. Lovely young lady to have at the front desk . We had a very delicious breakfast in a very clean and nice environment. We loved our clean and very equiped room
