Hampton Inn Dumfries/Quantico

Stayed here on 2/7/26 and 2/11/26 during a business trip. Interacted with multiple staff who were attentive, kind, and helpful. Both rooms were consistently stocked, clean, and the HVAC was quiet. Breakfast was appealing and the kitchen area was clean and well attended. The location is just off the highway and easy to get in and out of. It is close to restaurants and gas stations. I was driving a large RV to and from a trade show and the hotel manager (Todd) helped me secure parking prior to arrival. I travel a LOT and hold high reward statuses at several hotel chains. This was by far one of the nicest things ANY hotel has ever done for me. Even their complimentary rewards member snacks were better than other places I've frequented. I felt safe and welcome. Smooth check-in via the Hilton Honors app made arrival easy. I was able to park and walk directly to my room. The room was very clean—everything smelled fresh and sanitized. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower curtain was clean and bright white.|The bed was extremely comfortable. It does sit a bit high, which may be a challenge if you’re shorter, but I had no issues getting in or out. Parking felt very safe: well-lit with cameras covering all angles.|Breakfast was a typical hot hotel breakfast and well stocked—folded mini Western omelets with cheese, seasoned potatoes, heat-and-serve bacon, oatmeal with toppings, yogurt, cereals, milk, juices, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, hot chocolate packets, and the highlight: a make-your-own waffle station with both regular and blueberry batter.|We

Positive: The staff, were very helpful. Negative: The bed was so high my wife couldn't climb into it, had to be lifted. Eric, the manager, got us a stool which was very helpful.

After a long tiring drive I came to check-in with the manager Ebony She was super professional and very cooperative after I was too tired to realize I went to the wrong room After my irritating attempts to ensure I was in a comfy and the correct room Ebony stayed super professional and held a calming demeanor I fell really bad because I believed she gave me the wrong key but it was my tiredness also traveling with a restless 5 year old child causing me the confusion so again I apologize dearly and thanks for providing wonderful and caring service as well as the housekeeping who are very professional. The rooms are super clean and smells good beds super comfy! We hope to enjoy the pool

Very nice hotel, wonderful breakfast We stayed there for just one night while traveling north. The hotel is quite nice. The room was spacious and very clean. There were plenty of hangers and towels, and the microwave and mini-fridge worked well (although there was no freezer compartment in the mini-fridge). The Wi-Fi was also perfectly fine. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The gym was fine, but we did not use the pool, so I cannot comment on that. Breakfast is available at 6 AM, and it is excellent. The selection is very good, with fruits, cereals, pancakes, eggs, very good bacon, potatoes, hard-boiled eggs, muffins, toast, oatmeal, etc. We could not ask for more, and everything was at the appropriate temperature.
