Red Roof Inn Charlottesville

I'm super happy with this hotel. I stayed for a week, the cleaning staff are honest people, and I slept well. The day after I left, they called me because I had left my other phone behind, and I went back to pick it up. Thank you so much and blessings to everyone! 🤩🤩😘😘😘.

The bedroom and bathroom were spotless, which I really appreciate—nothing beats feeling clean after a shower. All the outlets and lights worked, the microwave was pristine, and the AC was perfect. Brenda checked my husband and me in, and she was so sweet with amazing customer service!

Positive: Front desk staff was exceptionally accommodating and friendly. 10/10. She deserves a raise. Beds were comfortable. TV channels were good. Fridge was clean. Felt safe. Negative: The bathroom was a little dingy and cramped with some wear and tear. The morning coffee at breakfast was really bad. Room was a bit muggy.

Very clean!!!! Was shocked for a 2 star hotel. Will stay there again. Remodeled and extremely clean room. Price was good at 80 dollars. Staff was nice. Snack breakfast unless you like waffles. Orange juice, fruit, and yogurt was what we had.

Ms. Rollins was our server when we arrived and she was extremely helpful in getting us to our room as I am handicapped and walking is difficult for me. She helped my wife with our belongings and made sure we were comfortable. Her smile and kindness has made our stay even more relaxing. She deserves a raise!
