Ramada Newark/Wilmington

We enjoyed our stay. The room was warm & cozy when we arrived. Standard Room amenities were supplied. The complimentary breakfast was different each day & you can make your own waffles; delicious! The restaurant meals we had were phenomenal & reasonably priced. The staff were friendly & helpful. My husband who typically navigates our stays was absent so I had a lot of questions. Special shot out to the gentleman behind the bar who recommended the 1st dinner I tried and the young lady with all the fancy earrings in the breakfast area, she taught me how to use the waffle maker and answered all my questions. I look forward to our next stay and hope we get the same room because those beds were perfect for us. Thank you Ramada.

Beautiful, quiet place out of the cut. Close to highways, shopping, dining, groceries, gas, alcohol, and smoke shops and much more. Very respectful and helpful staff. Breakfast is great every morning. Its well stocked, kept clean and multiple choices. Great value hands down. More family, elder community than just a party spot.

Positive: Friendly staff. I was provided with a playpen for my baby so that he could sleep safely and comfortably. I like that it provides breakfast. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the name of the girl working at the cafeteria, but she was the sweetest and kindest. Negative: It wasn’t that big of a deal, but you could hear people at night if sneezing/talking loudly. But overall, it was a great experience.

I reserved a non-smoking room. When I got to my room, I was given a room that we as clearly a smoking room. They just put a little sign that said "no smoking please". It reeked so heavily of smoke, that it made me nauseous. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. She gave me a different room. I woke up this morning at 4:15 am to use the bathroom and I saw a bed bug crawling by the door of the bathroom. Now I dont know what to do or where to go.

This is not a luxury hotel.... The biggest perks are the warm and caring people here. It is clean and you can tell that the staff is always trying and so is the front desk. The break is good too. My family and I have had to leave our home and have been here for 4 days now. We have seen nothing but kindness.
