Quality Inn & Suites Syracuse Fairgrounds

Very decent, respectful place. No disturbance very pleasant & peaceful, the staffs from the front desk to the house keeping were pleasant. It was a blessing to be stuck in this environment. Nothing to walk to you must uber eat. Other than that two thumbs up.. Thank you

The entrance was not very welcoming. Our room was on the second floor towards the back and we were directed to a side entrance. The side entrance is elevated and there were only concrete steps. After entering again there were only stairs to the second floor. which makes it very inconvinient if you are elderly or have heavy luggage. Reception clerk could have given us a "heads up" about this. The continental breakfast was minimal at best. No variety of fruit.(only apples) or yogurt(only strawberry). No hardboiled eggs. The 3 variety of cereals they had were not "heart healthy". The hotel itself is in the middle of an industrial area It's about 8-10 miles from Syracuse proper.so expect to drive to find a good restaurant. We stayed here on our way home from traveling. The room was clean. The heating and cooling unit didn't work well so the room was quite warm even after turning the unit to cool. It did the job just for overnight. Staff was friendly.

“Warm, clean, and a lifesaver in Arctic conditions!” Stayed here during what felt like a personal visit from the North Pole (-7 degrees and snow everywhere), and I can honestly say this hotel was a hero. The room was clean, cozy, and most importantly — WARM. The heater worked like it was fighting for my life, and I appreciated every toasty second of it. After battling icy roads and freezing temps, walking into a clean, comfortable room felt like winning the lottery. Staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, and I actually slept great despite the winter apocalypse outside. If you’re traveling through Baldwinsville in the dead of winter, this place will keep you from turning into a human popsicle. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay at the Clarion Inn & Suites in Syracuse. The staff was friendly and accommodating from check-in to checkout. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and easygoing. Convenient location with plenty of parking and quick access to everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again.
