The room was decent. But there is no "quiet time" hours. People were up and down the stairs and talking in the hallways all night. Loud music from cars in the parking lot. I was woken up at 530am by rustling sound in the trash can. When shining my light i didnt see anything. Then a few min later it happened again, again didnt see anything. Will not be staying ever again was just an impromptu night get away after mall shopping

DO NOT STAY HERE! This was the worst hotel experience of my life and I have stayed in some nasty hotels. I wish I had just slept in my car. Upon checking in (which took 2 people for some reason and quite some time), I immediately checked the bed and found crumbs and grease stains in the sheets so I asked for either the bed to be remade or for another room. I was repeatedly told that there were no more rooms. Then I was told I could pay MORE to upgrade to another room and had to explain multiple times that I would not pay more before I was given another room. Once in the new room I immediately checked my bank and saw that I was charged the $50 incidental charge AND $95.23. I had already paid $51.22 for the room via a separate booking website. The room wasn't clean but at least these sheet

This place is a rat hole.||We had reservations for about a month. We did get in late, but we called to make sure they held our reservation. Wish they wouldnt. |If the overpowering smell of industrial cleaner was to give you the impression things were clean, it is an unclever ruse.|They put us up in a closet - oh wait closets have hangers, this 'room' didnt. It was so small the luggage rack that was folder against the wall, couldn't even be put up. The place was so filthy, we didnt want to get in the bed - the bathroom floor was literally sticky and there was grief in every corner - but desperation and exhaustion won out. Too bad for us. Right around midnight, a staff member started loudly speaking arabic as he walked through the halls and these doors and walls kept out nothing. I was overj

Not sure it was worth the rate I paid: $85. The room was mostly clean, but there was definitely some gross buildup, possibly mold or mildew in the shower head. There was an oil stain of some sort on the top blanket of one of the beds. The ice machines didn't work. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. The choices were waffles, French toast, biscuits, cereal, or yogurt. No fruits or proteins (meats or eggs). The coffee was good enough. Overall, it met the bare minimum requirements: the bed was comfy, the room was warm, and the staff was friendly. Would not stay again though.

Positive: "" Negative: The room was mediocre. The furniture didn’t match and the bath tub did not have a drain that would close. It also drained very slowly. The bathroom sink had two hair dryers because one wasn’t working. There was plastic over the top of the smoke detector
