Quality Inn & Suites

This place is missing the "quality". First thing noticed was the very poor condition of the pool. It was absolutely green, obviously nothing being done to clean it up. Seems it may be a health hazard. Room was satisfactory but even with recent partial remodel it still needs help. Lino floor was absolutely filthy, needs a good mopping. Air conditioner very dusty. Bed clean and comfortable. Has fridge, coffee pot and microwave (microwave glass insert to large for this microwave, must be improvising). Shower rail and curtain installed incorrectly making shower very narrow. Owner/manager needs to be more hands on to ensure things are done correctly. Amanda the desk clerk is awesome. There was a bit of an issue with check in but between the lovely lady at the front desk(I can't remember her name)and Leo from Choice hotels everything got fixed quickly. My only complaint is the bathtub the paint was chipping. But everything else was great. I will be back again.

To be clear, this is a motel. The rooms have been redone and were decent but the exterior is very run down. No hot water after running faucet for 15 minutes; had to leave for airport so cldnt wait any longer.

The room wasn't my problem I like how they upgraded everything but I have been getting rooms here for the past 3 years and each time I come it's ALAWYS the same lady I have problems with named Cerina from front desk. She is very rude and has a sense of entitlement her customer service is VERY POOR any other employees are always nice and friendly I have never had a good experience with this lady how does she still even work there🤷🏾‍♀️ Choice hotels should definitely look into this establishment as it's on their website promoting it's business

This motel should not even get a one star it's so nasty it's got roaches hair all over the rags and towels floors are nasty The springs on the bed pop like a gun's going off I would not pay $10 to say here The room smell like a foot locker I recommend you spending your money elsewhere or just sleeping in your car cuz you would be better off
