Quality Inn & Suites

The room was great for the price, the location was perfect for what I needed, but the best part is the service. My partner and I got into a car accident on our way back to the hotel. We are both okay, but we had to end our trip early to deal with the damage to his car. We were able to get a refund for the following night of our trip. Bonnie at reception was incredibly kind and helpful. We will definitely be back if we visit Bensalem again!

First room had an awful odor, fishy stench. The hallways smelled HORRIBLY of marijuana smoke. We went down and she moved us. There were holes in the wall all through the hallway floor. The room wasn’t properly cleaned. When we went to get a shower, the shampoo and conditioner were COMPLETELY empty, making husband ran down and we were given a tiny bottle that was enough for one person, not the 3 of us. The lotion on the counter was opened and partially used. When we woke up, we found ROACHES on the floor. We grabbed our stuff and decided not to eat and LEFT. Upon check out, I informed the clerk that the room was gross, and had roaches. He said “okay”. So I repeated myself thinking he didn’t hear or understand. He said oh sorry. This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! Dirty doesn’t describe it! Pictures on web site don’t match what rooms look like! Upon entering the lobby looked ok but as soon as you step onto elevator things go bad immediately. Dirty elevator, holes in the walls in hall way with smell of cigarettes permeating the hallways. The room was beyond disgusting. Floors looked like they have never been cleaned, holes in bathroom door just nasty. Homeless people living in parking lot. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Highly disturbing

The front desk area smells like smoke, the elevator smells like weed. The non-smoking room I selected someone smoke in it and all my clothes and cpap device the whole room smells bad. Someone left the heat on in the room and the window opened. Someone put their smokes out on the sick and toilet. A big bag of Trash was left in front of the ice machine. None of the Ive machine on each floor didn’t work. The breakfast bar was not decent. The waffle machine screws are lose made it hard to turn. The orange juice dispenser didn’t work. The apples weren’t fresh.

I have stayed at many hotels. This particular hotel I must say is wonderful. The staff front desk are very cordial. The housekeepers do a excellent job of keeping the rooms nicely. I give them a 5 star. Quality Inn , Bensalem PA Nicely Priced also for the area that has everything.
