I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was incredibly clean — from the lobby to the room, you could tell they take a lot of pride in keeping the place spotless. The service was also excellent. Every staff member I interacted with was warm, helpful, and genuinely attentive. It made the whole experience feel comfortable and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and worry-free visit.

Positive: The staff was friendly. Check-in was easy. Negative: The walla are thin and we could hear everything in the hallway throughout the night. The beds were very uncomfortable and cheaply made. The hotel “ran out of” towels and only cleaned the room every other day.

It was a very clean hotel the staff was nice. I had low expectations and they did a great job. The rooms were basic but the beds were comfortable and the pillows were nice, which is rare. We enjoyed our 4 day stay and I would recommend and stay there again!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Sparks Hotel! There were plenty of parking spaces available, which made things really convenient. The staff—from the front desk to the café and room attendants—were exceptional and very welcoming. Our rooms were not only clean but also recently updated, which enhanced our stay. The shower was impressively strong, making it the perfect refreshment after a long day.||The courtyard was spacious and inviting, featuring comfortable outdoor seating and fun games to enjoy. Additionally, the enclosed pool area was notably large and well-maintained, complete with a smaller pool for children.||We hosted our family reunion in the banquet ballroom, and the decoration exceeded our expectations—it was done beautifully. I have stayed at this hotel maybe 4 or 5 times. It’s somewhere I like to go when I need a little staycation. However tonight at about 1am… I went in the bathroom & immediately saw a roach scurry across the sink/counter. I went to the front desk and a white lady barely assisted me.. I said hello, she didn’t say hello back… once I told her what happened she didn’t apologize or anything the only thing she offered was to change rooms. There was no empathy or sympathy at all and when I asked if someone could come up & kill it she had no solutions because ‘she was the only one there’. Had no Lysol, bug spray, nothing! I literally had to fend for myself! While she did switch my room I don’t feel like that was enough in terms of making me feel comfortable & like she actually cared about the situat
