Check in took minutes, and the staff struck that perfect balance of welcoming and professional. The room was spotless and genuinely quiet, breakfast was fresh and satisfying, and the peaceful street outside meant we slept straight through. For the price, the comfort and service are hard to beat I’d book again in a heartbeat.

I do not recommend this hotel if you are African American. From the moment we arrived, we felt racially profiled. Amy, the staff member at the front desk, greeted us with what she called “jokes,” but they were actually racial slurs, saying things like, “Don’t be swinging off the curtains” and “Don’t burn down the room.” It immediately made us uncomfortable. We were only in the room for about an hour — just long enough to shower, get dressed, and leave again. When we returned, Amy pulled my sister aside while the rest of us headed toward the elevator. My sister came upstairs very upset and told us Amy said we had to leave the hotel. We were in a different town and suddenly had to start searching for another place to stay for no valid reason. Horrible experience. We had no water from 11am until 8pm. They didn’t notify us upon check-in and minimal signage. ||Manager JACKIE was awful. She gave attitude and raised her voice when we expressed dissatisfaction. Didn’t even apologize. I have no idea how she’s employed there. We cut our stay short because of her treatment.

Clean... you won't be disappointed. The gym is great with all working equipment. Compared to other hotels in the area it's luxury and safe. Front desk staffing interacted with were the best. Plenty of parking and breakfast.
