Sleep Inn & Suites Bensalem

Staff super friendly and very nice. This hotel is dirty. Room is run down. Terrible. Curtains filthy. Rug filthy. Foul smell. I would not take my clothes out of my bag The only thing that was good, was the breakfast and the location closest to what I needed it for But I will not stay here again it is too dirty

We have stayed there before but this visit was less impressive. The price was decent. The best was Helen at the front desk who was personable. The toilet did not flush right, bathroom fan not working, and kind of iffy on cleanliness. The water pressure was just OK. The towels were nice. The worst was breakfast. Just waffles, cereal, breads, juice and coffee. No eggs or biscuits/gravy. There was no meat which was OK. This was the first Choice Hotels location where there was no eggs. Location was good and was decorated for Christmas.

Great stay at this cozy motel! The room was spotless, the bed super comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Excellent value for the price—way better than the chain hotels nearby. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area!

I had a wonderful stay! The room was nice and quiet. The front desk staff were super friendly. The woman who helped me with check in and check out was especially nice and helpful. She could quickly develop a rapport with the guests. Thank you for a great stay.

My dad and I stayed here for a night and drove up that way to gamble. It's only a 3-4 minute drive from Parx Casino, and there's a back way that you can take to get to Parx, so you can avoid Street Road entirely. The hotel was really nice! Rooms were cozy with extremely comfortable, clean beds. Best pillows I've ever slept on during a hotel stay. We were told that there was a continental breakfast in the morning and while there was some food to choose from, there wasn't any hot food or much of a variety to choose from. We were hoping for eggs, bacon, etc., but it was still enjoyable. We had no issues during our stay and will definitely be back in the future.
