Two stars, and honestly one of them is solely for the AC… because at least something worked. Pro tip: pee before you arrive. The lobby bathroom? Not working. Laundry room? Not working. Ice machine? Also not working. This place is basically a museum of broken amenities. The rooms look renovated at first glance, but the laminate flooring shifts like it’s auditioning for a funhouse. The bathroom curtain clearly survived several lifetimes and came with complimentary mold. The sheets had a mysterious yellow stain (I didn’t ask questions), the pillowcase was dirty, and the fridge door was decorated with a nice layer of rust for character. Staff was about as helpful as the ice machine. If you’re looking for a place where expectations go to die—but the AC blows cold—this might be for you.

I booked my room through choice hotels, and the person that took my reservation was supposed to put me in there through the 28th which will be leaving on the 29th to drive back home eight hours when I came back on the 28th after visiting my 91-year-old mother and spending the day with her. I was locked out of my room and they told me I didn’t have the three days which I paid for three days when I booked it. The staff was very rude and condescending. They called the cops to get my stuff out of there. They had drained my bank account for several fees so that we’re not that we’re supposed to have already been paid for and the room was nothing like the picture on the hotel they’re the paint on the walls were ceiling. There was mold in the bathroom. I got bedbug bites on my feet. It was filthy.

The hotel was awful. I stayed with my partner for three days. We arrived at 9pm to check in, and the woman who worked the front desk was sitting on the couch, watching tv. Check in was done through a small window. No greeting, just “ID & credit card”. We paid nearly $300 to stay in a room where the lights don’t work, no elevator access, and the floors were filthy. We literally Spent 3 days dusting our feet off to climb into bed, or the shower. I think we probably used every pair of socks we owned. The fridge kept things cool, and although the freezer had ice, it froze nothing. The door to the lobby was boarded up, and a pipe that would’ve drained water from the roof was broken, so the three days of nonstop rain were the loudest sounds ever, because the rain would go through the pipe, the

Positive: Location and parking. Negative: No hot water first 2 days. They did offer to move our room. Loud neighbors...I feel like it was the owners apartment.

Avoid this property – unethical billing and hostile management. I checked out last Friday and the hotel has refused to return my security deposit. Unlike a standard "hold," they processed an actual charge to my credit card. When I followed up politely for a refund timeline, the staff was incredibly unprofessional and told me to "go ahead and process legally" if I wanted my money back. It is clear they have no intention of honoring their refund policy. I have escalated this to Choice Hotels Corporate and filed a dispute with my bank. Save yourself the stress and stay elsewhere—there is zero accountability at this location.
