Hotel Elite Altamonte Springs (Orlando)

Great because they're very friendly and accommodating. After checking in, needed a room closer to car and my daughter wanted extra sheets for her bed, no problem, they moved us and gave us the sheets. The place is recently renovated Motel, they took care in making it clean and fresh, still a ways to go. Especially on the outside, walkway needs pressure washing and people have to stop throwing trash in the parking lot. If you're looking for the Hilton, this isn't it, but for the rates, location and a company that is trying to build something, they are well worth it. The rooms we saw had 2 double beds, one was a cheap spring mattress, not great for me & wife. No "hot" water, Luke warmish, not freezing. No coffee pot, no safe, didn't watch TV or look for an iron so don't know about that. Only

My room was fresh and clean, bed was well made and very comfortable. The towels were clean and crisp. The AC was slamming. Across the street is a small neighborhood store good for last minute shopping. Staff were very professional and friendly. A few things that I would’ve like were hand towels and coffee setup in the room for the amount of money I paid, some coffee would’ve been nice. There were minimal hot water but the desk clerk said they were working on it. Will stay again.

My check in experience was fantastic with Catherine. My room was neat but could’ve been a bit more tidy. The top of the dresser was sticky, I’m assuming that’s the polish? The TV wasn’t working but I did call Catherine from the front desk and she came right away to help me out - unfortunately it still didn’t work so the next day I was able to get the TV to work so I had that. And then one of the beds there was a stain on the sheet. I could tell it had been washed but it was still stained. I brought it to the attention of the front desk at checkout which was the same lady who checked me in and she said that she was sorry for the experience, and take care of it right away. Overall my experience at hotel elite was pleasant however if you are looking for a Holiday Inn experience this isn’t it

It's not the Hilton so definitely don't book here if that's what you are expecting. However, for a budget hotel it's great! Pool was wonderful, room was clean, affordable, hot water worked just fine and staff were super friendly. Only issue we had during our stay was our key didn't work but front desk fixed it immediately and no issues after that. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for an affordable option in the area!

There is NO WIFI!!! I could not work at all and there is no form of apology or compensation although they continue to advertise FREE WIFI. They just blame Spectrum. The staff has an “oh well nothing we can’t do about it” attitude. The lady at the front desk is ALWAYS on her phone so try not to say anything personal while in the office. Being on your phone is one thing. But having conversations about the most inappropriate things is a huge NO for me. Doors to the rooms have broken latches and some of the keys work to multiple rooms. Yep! I had someone unlock my door TWICE thinking it was their room so you will not feel secure. The property appears to have some renovations done but the cleanliness can be better. Bathroom walls are so nasty. The beds are very comfortable but the frames are ve
