Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando North

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Orlando during Christmas week. The location itself is great with lot of stores and eateries available right around the hotel. It also is located next to a lake which was beautifully decorated by the township for holidays. The hotel itself seemed well maintained in the common areas . The room was clean but still felt stuffy. The bathroom is surely outdated and should be renovated. The water smelled burnt whenever hot water was running 🤷🏻‍♀️.Also, there are very limited channels in the tv. For a hotel of this grand they should atleast have Netflix and Amazon capability added to be logged in as these days everyone prefers to leisurely watch and enjoy their stay. I was here for a wedding, not as a guest but let me just say the service was amazing! Especially from Serena! She was such a light and has such a great personality. She truly made me and the other people I was with feel so welcome. She also had so much patience and helped us with all our needs. I’m coming to Orlando soon and I plan to book with this hotel due to the great service and perks! 10/10

Based on the many reviews of this place I want to be as thorough as possible in my review. My number one priority in any hotel is cleanliness, and this place met that requirement. The room floors, beds, even the furniture and pull out couch were clean, and based on the feedback I read on this place I was paranoid and checked more thoroughly that normal. Next priority is food, and they passed this with one critique. The buffet was excellent, and the number of options next level, my only critique, with such a large Jewish and Muslim community in the area, and I am sure vegetarian, I would have expected at least one of the three meat options to not be pork. If there was that option, nothing was labeled to know that fact. Besides that they had eggs, potatoes, pancakes, 3 pork protein options,

While visiting relatives in the Orlando area, my wife took sick for a few days, resulting in the need to extend our stay at your lovely hotel. Everyone at the front desk made this change smooth as could be. The front desk people are wonderful, the housekeeping personnel are the greatest, and the accomodations have been first class. We were here once five years ago and had a great time then as well. We look forward to returning soon.

My girlfriends and I decided to spend the night there to celebrate one of our birthdays. I can’t begin to tell you how wonderful this experience was and I’m so glad that I picked this place for us to stay. Everything was perfect. The room was wonderful, perfect for four people, The managers reception was much appreciated, and the breakfast was one of the best places I’ve ever ate at a hotel. The omelettes were so good as was everything else. All this combined with the perfect location on the lake, which provided us for a place to walk in the evening. I definitely hope to return there someday. I live in Orlando, but this still it still felt like we were on a vacation in another city because we had so much fun
