Hilton Orlando/Altamonte Springs

Ms. Ingrid provided outstanding customer service and ensured I was well taken care of throughout my stay. Her attention to detail was evident, and she consistently went above and beyond to deliver excellent service.

Positive: Very good breakfast buffet. Expensive, but good. Restaurant staff is awesome. Negative: I normally stay at this Hilton and like it. This time was not good. AC was broken, not cooling properly and clicking on/off rapidly and loudly. In the morning, the shower would not turn on. Valve was broken, just spinning. Staff not helpful.

Shady charges on your credit card, After your stay and not on your bill . Know what you’re paying for!! I booked my hotel Room. Checked in everything went well was not advised of any additional charge charges. Left the hotel. Received my receipt. And then there was an extra four dollar charge on my credit card after the fact. I received no notice what this charge was for so I had to investigate. Turns out it’s op supposedly a mandatory charge from the state of an improvement charge? But they never made me aware of it once and it wasn’t until after the fact that they finally sent me a receipt. When I was transferred to the actual hotel, the person I spoke to was rude and basically said I don’t know what to tell you. Just remember, you may get extra charges after the fact and not be aware of

This is a JEWEL of a hotel. Out a little farther from the airport, but worth it if you can manage a little drive or a rideshare or 2. Really beautiful open lobvy. The decor is up to Vegas standards (but not as gaudy!). Beds are comfortable, pillows are perfect, air conditioner powerful... no free breakfast or even coffee in the lobby but they have little coffee makers in the room and a Starbucks-like fare coffee shop in the lobby. (Didn't check out the pool.)

Decent location and newer updates. First room had AC issues that couldn't be easily fixed. Next room AC works but the tub spigot and shower head are really loose and almost pulled out of the wall. There is a lot lateral movement. They attempted a fix. Not really fixed, still moves alot. Not a deal breaker. Would consider this hotel again
