Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando-North/Altamonte Springs

Price was jacked up for USSSA Stay-to-Play $283 😱 for one night in a hotel room that seemed to pump the tractor trailer and Kawasaki rocket exhaust directly onto the slimy shower floor. The nightstand contained a pair of complimentary ear plugs, however if you have ears…..Time Square may be more peaceful. 1/10 do not recommend but enjoyed writing the review. The bed was not bad (the hotel site forced me to rate it) but came with a nice massage from highway traffic. I’d hope it was moderately comfortable at $255 (before taxes) a night….but who knows in the world of kids travel sports? Some of this is satire….some of it isn’t.

20-30 mns from Disney/universal. 15 mns to downtown orlando. A bit out of the way except if you don't mind driving. Room is spacious, clean, and typical continental breakfast provided. There's egg, qaffle, bread, ypgurt, apple and oranges... except veggies. It is a decent chain hotel breakfast, but will be nice to have maybe simply tomatoes and cuxumbers. Hotel is clean and very decent stay.

Great hotel. Staff here is excellent, especially the front desk staff. So kind. Rooms great and spotless. Hotel is so clean, staff seen cleaning all the time inside and outside. They also do housekeeping every day of stay, which is not the norm at most hotels. Breakfast staff very nice and kept area clean. Food choices ok but coffee plentiful and no issues. When in the area I would definitely stay here again.

Upon walking in I said hello, no greeting from bald man (bald spot, tall man, black hair) Common courtesy for a guest to be greeted. He is not rude, he is just not someone friendly or bubbly enough for front desk. There was an older black woman who was there last time I stayed: professional, pleasant. Her name was either Dora or Doris, but she knows how to do it properly. She says hello upon entry unless she's with a guest. Very delightful!! The various things in my room are not quiet. Everything has a LOUD HUMM from the AC to the vent in the bathroom. Vent in the bathroom switch doesn't work. Even if master switch is down and both switches down NOPE!! Vent just stays on. Very Loud!! AC is LOUD!! You must be really tired to sleep through it. I DO NOT like white noise or whatever it's call

We stayed here to attend a concert at the Kia Center. The location was super convenient for getting on and off the freeway. We ate at a restaurant 2 doors down and loved that convenience as well. The staff was friendly and warm when I checked in and checked out. Our room felt safe and clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast area was super clean and everything looked fresh and delicious! I would definitely stay here again!
