Quality Inn Orange Park Jacksonville

The staff is lovely, the room is clean, I'm currently staying at this location everything is good aside from the fact there's no mat in the tubs I slipped and took a really hard fall. That's not safe every tub should have a mat. Other than that no complaints

The gentleman that checked me in was nice and polite. The room was nice as well but the parking wasn't ideal. Luckily the hotel was not busy so there was enough room to park my larger size truck. The morning lady was a bit rude and asked for my name and what room I was staying in and i thought it was odd because she didnt ask any of the other 8 people that walked in for breakfast after me(which made it even more odd). I've stayed at plenty of other Quality Inns among other establishments and I have never been asked that before. I got the feeling she assumed I was just person walking in off the streets when she stated, "when we see new faces we have to ask that." Which is weird because it's a hotel you should have new faces everyday. Anyway the room was nice and it was conveniently located

location was so convenient plenty of food places I found a Nothing Bundt cake and a Publix and just many things. the hotel was cleaned inside and out not even butts on the ground you can see the maintenance clean in the morning. Quiet drama free hotel and all the workers here were wonderful especially the front desk lady. I left my whole purse behind and she was so fast accommodating me to get back in my room. will be back!

Positive: Nothing Negative: I found rolling papers behind the bed that my children were sleeping in. Cigarashes in the room it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Every time I stepped out of the door to my room there was a strong marijuana sm

We checked in to our room and found dead roaches, stained bed sheets, and a broken door latch. Also asked for specifically smoke free and the room reeked. We asked for a refund and the front desk staff was helpfull, but overall felt unclean and unsafe.
