Quality Inn Kansas City International Airport

As an advocate for the unhoused we were dispatched to see about a person who had a pet and was having issues with the day management person after relevant conversations with the night management. They don't communicate with each other when shift overlaps. As a pet owner it is uniquely difficult to find housing particularly when you are unhoused. These instances require patience and a level of humanity that should be innate when you choose Customer Service as your profession which I am certain is indicated in the job descriptives at this Company. Having said all that, the way that man and his female cleaning staff chose to discuss this unhoused man in the hallway and then proceeded to huddle and chuckle and attempt to belittle him was deplorable. Who knew your entire staff was this close

We really like the stay. Angie, Jesse, Tanuj and Vic all go out of their way to make our stay pleasant. If there is something we need they will get it for us or help us out to get it. Pet friendly! Breakfast is good, hot coffee, biscuits and gravy, waffles. When you go to this Sleep Inn Angie, Jesse, Tanouj and Vic will take care of you. The rooms are clean and nice. I recommend staying here

Very nice hotel room at a great price. I was only planning on staying here one night but ended up coming back the next night as well (even got the same room both nights). Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Would certainly stay here again.

This location is clean, and the staff are very friendly! Jesse at the front desk was super helpful and made our check-in process seamless. He greeted us with a smile, answered all our questions, and even offered some great recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. The room was ready upon arrival, and everything was spotless. We really appreciated the warm welcome and excellent customer service, Jesse truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay started off on the right foot. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!

Positive: Very Quiet overall and it didn't smell bad like dogs. Also the beds are very comfortable and the sheets, comforter and pillows were very good for great sleep. I really liked the bedside lamp with USB power and many outlets. The shower was always hot. Negative: My key stopped working and I had to get a reprogram from the front desk. I saw another customer with the same issue. I didn't like there was no screen on the window but at least it opened. I wish the shower had another shelf to place shower things.
