Quality Inn Jacksonville - Orange Park near Naval Air Station

Quality inn was nice. Only complaints. I have is that the bed and the pillows need to be improved l checked out and have to travel back two hours to get home neck back body is so due to the bed and pillows at quality Inn hotel other than that it was a fantastic four days Thank you

My husband and I stayed in the area for one night while visiting family, and our experience was very pleasant. From our very first interaction at check-in with Ardebra through checkout, every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. We were welcomed as soon as we arrived and were addressed by name during the check-in process, which made us feel valued. Check-in was smooth, quick, and effortless. While the hotel is in an older building, the property felt refreshed with new paint and updated renovations. All of the areas we visited were clean and well maintained. The location was excellent, with plenty to do and explore right near the hotel, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the room itself did not meet expectations. The sofa bed had a large stain, and it appeared that the sheets had not been changed. The bathroom was extremely small — it was difficult to even get inside and close the door comfortably. The shower was dirty, and the shower rod was coming loose from the wall, causing the curtain to constantly fall down. While the staff was friendly, the overall condition of the room made it hard to feel comfortable during our stay

If you are looking for an ok cheap hotel, this one should get the deal done. The rooms aren't nice by any stretch of the imagination. I had to yank on my door to get it to lock, but the beds are comfortable enough, and they server a decent free breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, and more. If you aren't picky and just need a cheap place to spend a night, I'd recommend it. If you have mid-high standards, look elsewhere.

you know what grinds my gears, you make a reservation for certain rate, then you notice the most petty thing a hotel can do , sneak in a 2 dollars a night extra fee.....for what you may ask? ITS FOR HAVING A SAFE IN THE ROOM 🤣....no one tells you about it, and you can request it to be refunded at the end of your stay, they may or they may not do it tho... Im not gonna lie , compared to other hotels in it's class for this area it's nice...staff cares, they upkeep the place and rooms are clean. but I just can't get over the petty safe charge, sure it's not much but 2 dollars from everyone adds up.
