Quality Inn Franklin - Cool Springs Area

My stay was pleasant, the room was clean and well maintained. The entry to all rooms were on the exterior like a typical motel with a single stair to the 2nd floor. This was not a problem but an elderly couple had difficulty getting their luggage to the 2nd floor. I will be rebooking here due to my weekly medical appointments in the area. The location was ideal for dining options and shopping.

Positive: The bed was comfortable Negative: So many stains on things in the room… the blanket, the lampshade, the torn up shower curtain. The shower didn’t drain well at all. I was standing in ankle deep water by the end of my 10 minute shower.

The room was clean and quiet, attractive, and the beds were quite comfortable. If you're on a road trip, and need to stop for the night, I don't think you could do better.

The driveway entrance was half blocked by cones. The room smelled like smoke. People next door were smoking weed. The refrigerator did not close properly. The microwave handle was broken. The shower faucet was loose. The shower & bath expelled water simultaneously. The tiny shampoo bottle was not enough for 3 or more people. The bathroom door did not close easily. The breakfast was minimal & not appealing. The cleaning staff were not very friendly. There were no extra blankets available upon request.

Service at check-in and check-out was quick and cordial. Room was clean and had essentials. Just needed a bed for the night. Didn't realize breakfast was included. Nothing fancy but a nice addition.
