Quality Inn Carlisle

Stayed two weeks at this hotel, which is now the Appalachian Inn. The first week I was placed in a disabled room by mistake but it was a decent room. It appeared as though the room may not have been used in a while since there was some dust in various places. The toilet had mold and rust due to sitting water. I cleaned it myself since I had products on hand. The second week I checked out and checked into another room. The second room was not good. Mold in the toilet, bathtub and sink. There is no circulation in the rooms so it becomes very humid. Gnats appeared in the room, mainly in the bathroom. I propped the door open to allow air flow but eventually requested another room. Due to the low staffing of housekeeping, you have to request cleaning services by filling out a form ob

So hubby was sent here from a local truck company. Not a clean place! I wish I could add the pictures I took. Mold in the bathroom, toilet seat doesn’t fit the bowl🤦🏻‍♀️ Ac sucks, plaster on the walls and curtains. The tub drain was clogged with someone else’s hair🤢 we had to get it out!! The smell of cigarettes lingers I have been sneezing since we got here at 5pm. So I used a large container of Clorox wipes to wipe this room down so I could try to get a good night sleep. I took several pictures to show to the trucking company but I’m sure they are aware. But they could do way better for their drivers. FYI not all truckers like unhygienic place to sleep and eat.

Very nice rooms and the price was amazing! We got 1 king size bed for $100. The only thing bad i can say is that the air-conditioning didn't work well. The high setting was like the low setting. And low was really low.

This place was terrible … we stayed here for Ford Nationals this year . The bathroom walls had mold growing on them , disgusting carpets and bathroom floors , water never would shut off in the shower , the beds are absolutely horrible and the staff is creepy and extremely difficult to understand due to being less than fluent in the English language. The AC only works half of the time and the TVs in the room are small and easily from the mid 00s … Don’t even get me started on the hilarious “ breakfast “ they serve you . With bread and English muffins that look like they’re made with play-doe , the sausage and eggs they serve looked less than appealing , and the drink machine was out of order . They had the door open for the back room where they “ prep the food “ . And 10/10 have seen clean

Horrible experience for 2 days. First they put me in a smoking room when I indeed had reserved a non smoking room they said they didn’t have any rooms left therefore I had to take the smoking room. I did not even know that they still have smoking rooms. Made me sick being in that room. I completely am disgusted! Second they ended up charging me full price after they didn’t accept my original reservation for much less on a 3rd party reservation system (OYO) which I had to dispute with my credit card company hopefully they will refund me. I feel that my whole stay should be refunded, customer service and the room was terrible, I feel nauseated from the room. I will never stay there again!
