Premier Extended Stay

Staff was TOXIC and rude. The wifi didn't work, cable didn't work, coffee machine was nasty. The staff told me they had no TV and I should go somewhere else, 'its up to you" she said, and that I should decide quick before she slaps me with a late check out. I was locked out of my room twice and had to sleep in my vehicle. NO manager on duty overnight. Another guest told me he was locked out before. The so called GM of the hotel also said people are getting locked out. Yes so the GM is aware their keying system didn't work but she never fixed the issue. ROACH infested hotel. Overall terrible experience. I ask for my refund for paying for room I didn't sleep in and lady called the police on me. Yes see you in court.

My family and I have had the privilege of staying at Premiere Extended Stay Hotel for the past few months due to a hardship. From day one, Mr. James, the Manager, has truly lived up to his outstanding reputation. He has treated my family and me as if we were his own, always responding promptly and warmly to any concerns regarding our stay. His professionalism and genuine care have made a difficult time much easier. I wholeheartedly give Mr. James a five-star recommendation.

I needed a place to stay for a little while visiting the city and this place was very affordable! They had everything that I needed for my stay. Front desk Jai went above and beyond for every guest that came in the door and even multi task answering questions over the phone while assisting guest in the lobby! Jai went out her way to even recommend some places to dine while in town with a friend. Roberta housekeeping serviced my room during my stay and she was the absolute sweetest lady! I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Georgia. I wish I got to meet James, Jai told me that he was the GM and I need to say he picked an amazing team! The rooms were cozy and the area was quiet!

I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and I want to give a special shoutout to James at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect — from a smooth check-in to offering great local recommendations. James’s friendly attitude and attention to detail truly made a difference in my stay. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely dedicated to guest satisfaction. Great stay. Room was clean and represented the photos online. Off main road with some other hotels and shops. Very nice would stay again.
