Pine Motel

It needs a complete upgrade. Use bathrooms with extreme caution. There was mold in shower and a rusty lime bacteria ridden faucets in sink and tub. Non or barely working air conditioners, no cable/wifi. There are small refrigerators in some rooms. Taiwanese owned and to their credit, they appeared to be nice and helpful but could use some assistance

Only place available due to sport event in area booking all other hotels and motel in Ft. Dix area. The "remodeled rooms" sign at the road must be 15 years old. Pull up and the "office" is basically the owners kitchen window. The porch/window was covered in bugs due to the lights at night. Yes, I really did look into her kitchen. Asian lady seemed nice but a little difficult to understand. Got room in rear of rear building. Was like 1am and had to be on the base at 5am so I took it despite being so bad. When I pulled up, a young man about 20 years old came charging out of his room towards me. He thought I was a "car thief". He explained his girlfriends ex boyfriend was trying to steal her car. So I just called to require information about a room and I did let her know that I have a registered service dog ..she tried to tell me it's the law that I show proof and all documents to her showing that he's a service dog even when I told her he has all his tags and I I have all the cards explaining I don't have to show nothing and she said they just won't rent to me ... "No, it is not legally required to provide documentation like certifications or ID cards for a service dog when staying at a motel or other public accommodation. The ADA.gov states that businesses cannot require such documentation as a condition for entry. They are roach infested. I’m not sure how or why this place it’s shutdown rugs are disgusting. This place is very unsanitary also appliances are out dated.

Small rooms with out-dated pest infestation. Stand-up shower only and the water is sourced from a well so you can't clean/wash yourself or dishes, etc. without constant smell of rotten eggs ew! 😩 I am about halfway from the rental office to the the property yet i'm still too far from the rental office to be able to pick up strong enough wifi signal (provided by physical router located in office) and therefore am unable to use wifi unless I walk almost all the way up to office! 😠 The price is affordable but this area (northern Burlington county, NJ) there are plenty of choices for motel/hotel lodging so I strongly suggest spending couple extra dollars to book room elsewhere! 🤑
