Best Western Bordentown Inn

Me & my two daughters stayed here & upon arrival receptionist was very pleasant. Room not only smelled cleaned but looked cleaned. Bedding so far no issues & the tv works perfectly fine. My daughters are excited about the pool because who doesn’t love going swimming in the winter!!

Upon checking in was informed pool was closed and no one said anything before I booked. Booked this room for the pool due to traveling with kids. Ok fine I can get past that but a heads up would have been nice. Get into the room and my older son tried to put his phone on the charger and got shocked. Like electrocuted. He screams and starts crying cuz it scared him go over to look and find a broken piece in the outlet. Go to the desk ask for a different room as I can’t stay there with a toddler who touches everything. Got to the second room went to use the bathroom and the floor is not even glued down. Save yourself some time and headache and go somewhere else. I did go to the desk and ask to cancel and leave which they did agree to but honestly paid more and went down the road to holiday i

First time my fiancée and I went to Best Western. Staff were great but once we got to our room we got overwhelmed with cigarette smoke (it’s a smoke-free building) we changed rooms and the smell was better but once we started getting ready for bed we noticed how dirty the room was. Walls had what looked like coffee marks on the walls, closet doors and the back of the bathroom door, drain worked but was damaged and the shower head was leaking and had limescale I went the next morning to see if maybe any cleaners could do something but they didn’t have any (due to thanksgiving morning I assume). My fiancée wanted to sleep in the car she was beyond uncomfortable

I m not really going to dog this place because I guess I got a better room according to other reviews. Except my ac didn't work either. It wasn't even plugged in. Thank God it wasn't a hot night so it was bearable. With that they did offer me two new rooms to accommodate us. The hassle was not worth it as we were tired and ready for bed. Then came the three pillows for two beds. And none else to be given to us. Ugh! Then came "spa" area. Hot tub was cloudy and not hot at all. I didn't even bother taking my shoes off. The front desk was very nice and looked to do more for me but their hands were tied also. Been to other Best Western as I am a member but this one is on the lesser side of them. Only stayed for one stay so room served its purpose. Good luck.

Positive: Nothing! Negative: The bed was moist. The floor was very slippery and a bad smell.I did ask to be moved to another room, that was handled very good. Will I come again No!
