Holiday Inn Express Bordentown - Trenton South by IHG

Overall the stay was fine. Rooms were decently clean, although there was garbage left in the can in the bathroom. The elevators feel really janky. I'm sure they're fine, but they made me nervous enough to just take the stairs. The breakfast seating area is really nice. The area where you go to get food is so small that if there are even 2 or 3 people besides yourself, it feels very cramped. I felt very in the way trying to make my plate. The receptionist at check in was very cold and short. I felt like I was inconvenienceing her by checking in, and it was only 3 in the afternoon. The receptionist at check out was so nice and very helpful. I left my charger in the room after check out and she promptly reactivated my key so I could get it. This place is also about 15 minutes from the highway

What a great experience! Comfortable bed, nice shower and bathroom. Overall a very nice room. Front desk was welcoming and friendly. The free breakfast might have been the best I've ever had in this class hotel. Exactly as advertised on the website: hot omelet, turkey sausage and muffins all really tasty. And the breakfast area kept clean and restocked by the worker there - sorry I didn't get her name but she was doing a fabulous job. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

My entire experience was flawless from the time I pulled up to the door the property was warm and inviting. Open arriving at the front desk I was welcomed by the staff and my check in was fast friendly and effortless. Upon entering my room finding it clean and inviting. The beds were very comfortable whit pillow options of soft and firm. After a good nights sleep getting up well rested and ready to start the day to a wonderful breakfast in a very clean and pleasurable dining environment. The staff kept the breakfast area well stocked and organized. Even my checking out of the hotel was enjoyable, the desk staff asked if I needed any help and asked if everything was okay with my stay.

Stayed here last night and it was GREAT. Already wrote review probably in wrong place, but I must reiterate that the hosts were wonderful and helpful especially Elisabeth, beds sooooo comfortable, excellent complimentary breakfast and 24 hour fresh coffee in lobby.

Good breakfast variety very friendly staff good location quiet at night. My only complaint is that the bathroom floors needed to be cleaned. There is also a nonslip mat in the bathtub that made it feel like you were ice-skating underwater not safe at all. I would recommend replacing that. the shower and tub itself also needed to be cleaned.
