Hampton Inn Bordentown

We stayed here during the snow storm and it was a good stay. You do hear a lot of trucks because its just off the highway by the truck stop but that's not a bad thing. Just be mindful if that's important to you. The room was spacious and clean which we appreciated. The toilet didnt always fill by itself so we had to keep adjusting the pump. Not a major thing, but annoying. They have breakfast which is decent, doable. Idk if they do it all the time or just because of the storm but they put out lunch bags at the front desk midday. That was nice too. It definitely comfortable. I would come back.

I just got a call from a relative who was trying to visit due to a healthcare emergency in our family. The general manager of this hotel was unpleasant and rude. ||I've lived in Bordentown my whole life and I'm very involved in the downtown community. I will be making it known to all our organizations about this behavior. Make it right before you lose all your business!

Positive: It was located close to our destination. Negative: Did not like how noisy the room was. The hotel is located by 2 truck stops and there is around the clock noise.

Stayed here to shelter from the snow storm and the staff is amazing. Sabrina at the front desk took great care of me checking in and the room was warm and clean. The roads arent even clear yet but staff member Kyra was here and had plenty of good food for the guest for breakfast. Im definitely appreciative of the staff here.

The customer service is always excellent. The desk Manager Rhonda is very helpful and friendly. The entire staff are very fast and efficient with all my needed requests. Breakfast served by (Sabrina i believe) was hot and savory.
