Candlewood Suites Bordentown-Trenton, an IHG Hotel

So far, I have stayed at this hotel twice and have an upcoming booking. It is more convenient when I come off of the highway. When i'm in town for business. I've had a king room and a Queen room. The bed was definitely more comfortable in the queen room, but nonetheless, it is affordable and close to amenities.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Candlewood Suites Bordentown, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The customer care and service were truly outstanding—every staff member, Ciani, Tammy and Greg to name a few were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The General Manager, Kristina, was excellent in her role managing staff effortlessly. The hotel’s location is another major highlight. Conveniently situated near major highways, it made traveling to nearby attractions and business areas incredibly easy. Whether you’re visiting for work or leisure, the accessibility is a huge plus. I was not happy with my stay at the Candlewood Suites in Bordentown, New Jersey. I travel often and have stayed at many hotels, but I have never experienced something like this: when I asked for fresh towels, I was told I had to bring down my used towels in order to get new ones. I’ve never heard of such a policy, and it left a bad impression. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The Candlewood is my favorite spot to stay. It is always clean, the staff is always nice and helpful and their rooms provide everything you need in a kitchen, down to the dishwasher, pots and pans, a stove and silverware. It's also convenient they provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash in every shower and have a hair dryer to use. For someone as forgetful as me, it's extremely helpful. They have complimentary coffee 24 hours a day and a snack bar where you can purchase food and provide both a free gym and laundry room.

This is a great place to stay. The service is great. The gym and laundry services are conveniently located in the lobby. They have a stove top for boiling and cooking if you will be here for a few days or longer.
