Pine Beach Inn & Suites

Haven’t stayed here in many years, but used to stay here yearly. It wasn’t the most glorious place to stay, but it was definitely worth the value! You got more room than you really paid for. The family that ran (still runs?) the place were great too. The grounds are well taken care of, and the private beach is a great quiet place. Wake up early, grab some coffee and walk the beach! I only got to eat at the Thai restaurant once, but thought it was pretty good! To be honest, I didn’t know anything about Thai food back then… but! The food that I did get was good! Look forward to one day staying here again, this time with my family.

Simple, nice, and cozy hotel! We were greeted kindly by the woman at reception upon check in and felt very welcomed. The rooms were clean and included a microwave and fridge, which is always nice. Private beach on the property was beautiful as well, would love to come check it out in the summer months. Only downfall was the lack of cell reception around here (even Verizon) but Wifi at the hotel worked just fine. Also can't beat the shoulder season prices!

We had an amazing three day stay at Pine Beach Inn. Yes it's a little bit run down. However, upgrades have been made and continue to be made and you can't beat the price for what you get. Everything was clean. The grounds are gorgeous. You can't beat having your own private beach walking distance. We enjoyed visiting with our fellow travelers around the campfire each night. The innkeepers Rosa and Raul, were fantastic. They even invited us to join in their family for a barbecue on our last night. I'll never forget Raul's sister singing Ave Maria under the stars. Our pup was welcome and had so much fun playing with the other dogs that were there. We will definitely be back

My wife and I LOVED the Pine Beach Inn & Suites. It was late at night and we were trying to find a place to stay as we were driving the coast. I called the owner and spoke with her for about twenty minutes as I tried to figure out if it was worth staying at a place not so well known. She was very low pressure, she said to just come and see. She would let us look before committing. She assured us the rooms were not new but comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised. She gave us an ocean view room. The room was big and clean. She was right, not the most fancy, but very comfortable. And the best part was it was quiet, even though it was right off the main road. Pleasently surprised. I paid a little more for a room with a view, and it was worth it! You can see a little, secluded beach from the balcony, and listen to the sound of the ocean while falling asleep. The room was a little outdated, but clean, and very spacious. Other reviews mentioned smell, I did not have any problem with that. Tips: bring your own coffee and filters (none offered), a scented candle if you like, and enjoy!!
