I stayed at this hotel while receiving assistance to get back on my feet. This hotel has too much traffic in and out of it and the owners are aware. When I first entered the room (first red flag) there border around the floors was all torn off with cigarettes stuffed in them. There was mice droppings in every corner and smoke smell everywhere. My original stay was for 1 week and I checked out on the 3rd day. There was a mice in the room that ran out the door which had a loose hole at the bottom. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone at all. The owners showed no remorse for nothing they just sat there. This is a 0/5 stars I would HIGHLY recommend elsewhere

There was NOTHING - ZERO - ZILCH!!!!! To like about this property to even find it acceptable.| |This place was a completely ghetto dump, no better than section 8 projects in the slums in a poor neighborhood. It was completely and utterly abysmal. There were holes in the walls that were patched by a blind man and never painted, the floors felt like they were mopped with vegetable oil, NOTHING in the place was plugged in, there main sink was filled with hair and chunks of food, the shower was disgusting and had black hairs all through it, when arriving back from being out for the day, our door wouldn’t open with the key cards, which terrified our young daughter that all of our stuff was trapped in there indefinitely and scared her to tears that we wouldn’t get it back, we asked for extra to

Filthy. Each room was filthy. No trash cans. Some rooms are falling apart. Appliances are broken. Outside is filthier than the rooms. Some appliances like stove, tv, microwave and refrigerator are either broken or not plugged in. You will see roaches. The walls of years of dirty and gunk on them along with the floors. Some rooms have lamps and tv’s some don’t. Some rooms the mirrors and art work aren’t even hanging up. It’s cheap but due to the filth and half working appliances it still feels like an over charge. I moved three times trying to find a spot suitable. They will try their hardest not to refund. A guy outside asked me if I knew where to find dog food. Also a very absurd rule about no visitors. Also if you pull up they will ask you with hostility if you have a room, before you ca

I give this notel a ZERO start rating… it’s nasty. For this to be newly renovated looks like just outside paint job was done. Bathroom have burns from the ceiling all the way down the floor. After I seen what I saw I couldnt stay so I immediately asked for a refund and the guy at front desk said I’d have to come in the morning to see the manager. I came the next morning and he was still there gave me a card and said to call the manager only for me to call and he's acting like the manager. I watched him answer the cordless phone while I was in my car calling. I don’t know what kind of delusion this man have …everything was just funky and weird! And the pictures this hotel have posted had to be taken at another hotel and clearly no housekeepers! Who put a pillow case w burn marks on a bed,

The room was very spacious and there was also what looked like a brand new stove/oven unit. The downside of this establishment ranks from poor customer service especially in the evenings ( my experience happened in the afternoon/evening with the front desk woman who is married to the manager who runs the establishment. Two- tvs already in the rooms that don't work from day one, get replaced and then lose connection again (they just switch them around)...Three- clogged toilets, and front desk letting you know they can't do anything because they only have one plunger. Not just for that facility but to facilitate TWO facilities. With COVID and Monkey Virus that is just unacceptable. And then yes...a few roaches not many I think because building is old. Majority of the staff is very pleasant a
