OYO Hotel McGhee Tyson Airport

Just don’t do it. Nasty, dirty and disgusting. Ended up with bed bug bites all over my legs. Thank God I kept my suitcase on the desk and not on the floor. The clothes I took off I sealed in a trashbag to keep them separate from my bag and other items. Showed photos to manager of bug bites but was not compensated nor offered an apology. I called Board of Health on them as well as the stay, park, fly group that lists them. This place is an absolute NO. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to get a decent chain hotel room like Holiday Inn, Hampton, etc.

we parked here for a flight to Las Vegas. The driver picked us up in a dirty, nasty, run down ole pick up and put our luggage in the bed of the truck. We literally got our clothes dirty just riding in it to the airport. I bet the truck had not been cleaned in five years. Do not use this service. Once before we booked a room there that was supposed to have been non-smoking, but as soon as we went in we could smell the smoke. We left and went to another motel.

We checked into our room to find roaches crawling all over the place, a head board that was not even mounted to the bed, and mold in the bathroom, It is also located next to an airport runway and the pool was closed. We decided not to stay and then they would not refund our money. Take my advice, don't stay in this roach infested dump!! 1 star is a generous rating!!

Its not 5 star not pretty for the price and location is a very good place to save money i will stay here again.

Website says wheelchair access. What a joke. Roaches and bed bugs everywhere. The mattress was sunken in like a 1000 pound person lived on it. Furniture was ripped and stained. Remote did not work. There was no hot water at all. This place is a joke. I do not recommend this place for the homeless.
