La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Knoxville Airport

The overall stay was great! The whole hotel was very clean, all of the staff members we had contact with were exceptionally nice. The lobby was nicely decorated and comfortable. We spent time playing games there and enjoyed the fact that it wasn't loud and noisy. I gave 4 stars because the king sized bed was not comfortable at all. Bring your own pillow. The pillows were smaller than average and very soft and only 5 pillows for two people. Three pillows per person would have made it a little more tolerable. The shower water temperature was only mildly warm. The dial has been locked to only go so far-a safety feature I am guessing. There was not any button that would allow it to go further. Positive: The bed and pillows were THE MOST COMFORTABLE bed and pillows ever. I’ve stayed at higher rated hotels and they were not as comfortable as this one. Also the shower was excellent. It had a strong water flow. Overall it was VERY pleasant and comfortable Negative: It was dated in some areas. The room could have used a fresh coat of paint. There was a patch of paint on the ceiling right above my head that was peeling off. There was a shut off valve for water in the bathroom that was rusted over.

If I could give it a zero, I would. Been a awards member for over 20 years reaching platinum and gold status many times. This site basically was rude to my family after traveling many hours. Spoke to the Manager on the worker's personal cell phone on speaker and said after she raised her voice and said go away, then proceeded she to tell her worker basically dont help them. The worker was also threating and hinted at a physical altercation. Worked in hotel industry while in college and am a retired military officer. I dont know if they have something against Asian american or Hispanic community but completely treated us like dirt with a policy about pets that was not in place when we booked online. My wife booked this reservation over a month ago. We no longer care for this brand

We booked a last minute value stay and were very pleased! Staff at front desk was polite and helpful in arranging our free shuttle service for the next morning to the air port and informing us of breakfast hours from 6:30-9:30 a.m. located 4 minutes from the airport which was even better! The facility is modern and very appropriately decorated, clean and smells nice. Our room was very clean, water was hot with lots of water pressure do the shower! Shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hair dryer all in room along with iron and ironing board. Free breakfast was very nice! They offered oatmeal, cold cereal, scrambled eggs, sausage patties and fried breakfast potato wedges. The coffee was hot and they had juices. Hope this is helpful, will stay again!

The perfekt no-nonsense Airport Hotel. I would especially like to point out the friendliness and professionalism of the frontdesk team who were super helpful. Rooms are clean and comfy - very well kept little fitness room and even a heated pool. All for a very competitive price. Will be back!
