Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Knoxville Airport Alcoa

We had an outstanding experience at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Alcoa, Tennessee. Upon entering the front door, we were greeted by a pleasantly clean smell, refreshments, and a welcoming staff member. Our room included two double beds, a closet, a TV, a table and chair, a bathroom, and shelving containing coffee and tea fixings as well as a small mini fridge. The room is well designed and laid out. The room size was just right and the bathroom is quite spacious. The room was well kept and maintained. Our brief stay included a tasty breakfast with the standard fixings. What made this experience highly satisfying were the friendly staff and the clean room. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel is clean and the location is great. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. I stayed in anticipation of a winter storm and having to fly out the next day. The front desk clerk (Todd) called the airport shuttle for me and kept me informed of the airport status until I left the hotel. He went above his call of duty to be helpful. I appreciated that very much

Paid for upgraded Internet did not get even partially good Internet while trying to take LSAT exam. Was kicked off and not able to finish

The Fairfield is one of the best hotel options around Maryville/ Alcoa. It is clean, modern, and comfortable with a standard breakfast buffet. This hotel has safe access to Alcoa Hwy in both directions unlike other hotels nearby. My only (very minor) complaint is this hotel did not offer a complimentary water for my Bonvoy loyalty. I know they don't have to, but it is always appreciated when hotels do.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this Fairfield Marriott. From the moment we checked in-Todd -who was the front desk person-was rude and unfriendly. It didn’t seem like he wanted to be working at the Marriott to begin with. As for the room itself-it was clean-however the bed was old, hard, and extremely uncomfortable. There wasn’t an extra blanket in the closet. While at breakfast-which was terrible-I overheard Todd tell another employee that he didn’t care if the hotel burned to the ground.
