North Gate Suites

It wasn't too bad..at first! The rooms are being renovated but that doesn't stop the flow of roaches. The owner/manager seemed accommodating and friendly, unless she feels she is losing out on money. I rented 2 rooms every night for 7 months, but was informed I wasn't allowed to let anyone stay in my second room. She let herself in my room on multiple occasions, charged me every night for my legally registered service dog. She had me ARRESTED for a bathroom door that did get broken, but ONLY because I had a seizure and was in the bathroom and it had to be broken to get to me. And pressed charges AFTER Id moved out! She is the true definition of DRAMA. The place would t be so bad if she was a little more professional and didn't bring patrons into her marriage issues or didn't poke fun

Fantastic hotel at a very good price. It's under new management and it's evident the new owner takes pride in what she's doing. Quite a few of the rooms are recently remodeled. And there's a gas station right next door. I felt very comfortable staying here for a night with my family, which is impressive for 78 bucks

Very rude owner don't waste your money just go next door

Northgate is a place where the owner can be a bit snobbish, but the hotel itself sits in a great country setting with a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

Best hotel in Rocky Mount for the price loved it and will recommend to everyone and will be going back Everytime I need a vacation.
