Newport Beach Hotel & Suites

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Newport Beach Hotel & Suites. From start to finish, everything was seamless and enjoyable. A special shoutout to Chris at the front desk — she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She truly set the tone for our stay with her professionalism and genuine kindness. It makes such a difference when you’re greeted by someone who clearly cares about the guest experience. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the overall vibe of the hotel made it easy to settle in and enjoy every moment. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to coming back.

We stayed in the Historic building…Priceline said our room had a FULL KITCHEN it did not! The hotel was renovated 2 years ago and they did a great job. Its modern, clean, comfortable bed and the staff is exceptional! Kristen and Lisa were amazing. Where they lacked. The tv was huge however you cannot connect to Amazon or Netflix even with an external device. Even though it is a smart tv the hotel has external apps disabled so no way to stream anything but you tube. In this day and age this is unacceptable! The shower is new but nowhere at all to place your own toiletries! This is a great hotel location so if the wifi and streaming is not an issue you will live it!

We stayed here off season. I will say it is just okay. We rented a one bedroom suite from the suites building. The rooms are dated but okay. I was disappointed. I know it's off season but the rooms were kinda dirty. The cabinets had grease all over the them. The refrigerator had spilled something down it. The whirlpool tub was disgusting and upon starting it, all kinds of nasty stuff came out. The dryer was a sketchy situation, there was no lint trap but there was dryer sheets stuffed in where the lint trap should be, can you say fire hazard?! Next to the dryer is open wall and insulation which was bizarre. The curtains had gross orange stains on the bottom of them. The rugs felt sticky and dusty and there was even food left from the stay before us in the cabinet. The hallways did not get

The overall atmosphere was quaint and relaxing. The room was extremely clean, and the front staffs were friendly, and welcoming. I definitely love this place, and I would highly recommend it. My only issue is, there wasn’t any toothpaste in the bathroom. Other than that, it was perfect. 10/10 ⭐️ 🌟
