Motel 6 Springfield, VA - Washington DC Southwest

Abdullah provided excellent customer service during my stay. He was polite, professional, and very helpful with all of my questions. Check-in was smooth and he made sure everything I needed was taken care of. His friendly attitude really made a difference and made the stay more pleasant. Thank you, Abdullah!

We stayed overnight on route to FL. Fairly priced. Pet friendly. They do not charge the outrages prices for dogs and cats like the other hotels. This place is perfect for an overnight or a few days stay. Rooms are clean, staff friendly. Most importantly, the place is quiet.

The hotel was exceptional for the price. The only issue i had was there was no shampoo bottles. Just a bar of soap. Otherwise it was a great stay.

I choose only this location of Motel 6,this location is cozy, rooms are very clean and are renovated. Very safe motel6 ( Local PD patrols regularly ) plenty of parking space , Best thing is Staff ,from front desk to House keeping everyone greets you warmly. Free Fast WiFi. Surrounded by many restaurant s even if you came by rideshare, trader joes , whole foods, Chickfila,india Bazaar ( grocery store) is walking Distance.

This people need to get a better phone, And someone with a Brain and Manners to pick it up, When you calling on a cold night I find it regrettable and pathetic. I've never had any problems with Motel 6 in Illinois; I'm a good customer of this hotel chain. How sad. I'll speak to a senior manager.
