Motel 6 Newport News, VA - Fort Eustis

The lady at the front desk has no customer service skills she talks with an attitude when asked to do something I was waiting for money to be sent to pay for my room she stated to me that I needed to hurry up because she needed to go out for an errand and would not be back for an hour I’m talking about just rude!!!!!!!!!! I had a late check out the day before decided to give it another chance called for a late check out she said no! I stated the guy gave me one the prior day she just said no! Really really rude! She’s awful! Rooms are already no worth the price and her attitude makes it a thousand times worse!

Let me tell you something. The room smelled like raw seafood. It's a big dip in the floor where the tile is coming up. The bed felt like it was made out of plywood. And the traffic of people. Smh

My stay was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. I felt secure with the two locks on the door. I only stay on the weekend, but it’s worth the price.

I've stayed in many hotels and motels,I can truly say this has been a secure and quite place,I feel safe with my daughter being there,It's convenient to everything around,from restaurants/bus stops/etc.The staff was so friendly, respectful and make sure you have everything you need to have a great stay,this motel I would recommend to anyone,Love it,👍👍👍👍👍
