Motel 6 Linthicum Heights, MD - BWI Airport

My husband and my experience overall was horrible! We switched rooms 4 times. The rooms were so bad the place should be shut down. It was so bad that we wanted to and would have left to stay some where else if we didnt prepay before hand. So many issues such as stains on walls, sheets and doors ect. As weĺl as broken televisions, no trash cans, only hand towels no shower towels, holes in walls, huge water damage in 2 of the rooms bathrooms where the ceiling was peeling. There was roaches in all but 1 of the rooms. The fire department and abulance came multiple times during our 4 day stay. The evening staff was lazy and not very accommodating, not to mention rude and had a huge attitude. I do have to say the day time front desk worker Kim was amazing!!! This place is disgusting on EVERY level. Trash overflowing from cans on every level. Pots and pans sat outside the rooms with food in them as we passed several rooms. Obvious people are living there! People standing around outside! The first room they put us in had blood on the wall next to the heater ( that didn't work). Curtains off the hangers, bathroom toilet had fecal in it and spots all over the floor in front of the toilet. Shower floor was filthy. Paint peeling off the walls and doors. Stains all over the ceilings and the television was so smeared we'd have to clean it before we could watch it. We refused to stay in that filth hole and they moved us to another room...the heater was new but the smell of Urine was so over whelming it was impossible to stay there. We gave up and deman

Absolute disaster! Room 217 had no heat, no way to watch tv, no way to shower without flooding the bathroom due to a missing shower head, no smoke detector (just hanging wires), door did not close all the way, no working outlet in the bathroom. It did have a terrible smell and a gross balled up stained towel behind the door. Looks nothing like the pictures and doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The desk clerk is locked behind glass and not at all helpful.

Pet friendly hotel is a great thing. There seem to be fewer and fewer of them these days or ones changing up and becoming ones that no longer accommodate those with pets. So huge plus there. Wish the other guests with dogs would really just do better and clean up after their dogs like we are supposed to. Also wish guests with and without animals would cleanup properly after themselves and stop the unnecessary disgraceful littering. It’s such a horrible trait on a person and you can’t blame staff here for that at all. They can’t make them stop and follow all these littering folks around. It’s quite ridiculous when you see the proximity of a trash can to where and what some of these guests throw out onto the ground or leave out expecting house keeping is responsible to take care of what in

Im going to have PTSD from staying at this hotel... I decided to give it a try despite the other negative reviews because it was cheaper than the other hotels and I liked the location.... BUT , all of the other reviews were spot on!! I arrived around 11:15pm on a Friday night... there was like 30 ppl outside.. kids running and playing fighting on the balcony. Ppl sitting in chairs, smoking and drinking. The stairs was dirty. Someone left a trash bag at the top of the stairs and their was a used condom in the stairwell. There was roaches all-over the room! I didnt get any sleep at this place. The room was freezing because the heater kept setting off the smoke detector!!! I finally went to Walmart at 6am and brought a plugin heater!!..
