Motel 6 Jackson TN

The rooms are very clean and updated. The staff is absolutely amazing! Any issues I've ever had they fixed them immediately. They are one of the only places that allow pets and have the cheapest deposit I've ever seen. It's a very nice cheap motel. I highly recommend. Leo is someone that works on the kiosk that checks you in and he is funny and kind and very helpful. Sam an employee there is always helpful and nice anytime I need a late check out they work with me. I always stay at this motel if I ever need to get a room in Jackson TN!

We had a very frustrating experience at this Motel 6 location while traveling through the area. Approximately 2.5 hours before arrival, we called the property directly and were quoted a specific rate over the phone. When we arrived, my husband went inside to book the room while I remained in the parking lot with our child and pets. He was charged a significantly higher rate than what we had been quoted. After he returned to the car and told me the amount, I realized the room was also listed online at a much lower total price (including taxes). Within minutes of the reservation being made — and before we ever entered or accessed the room — I went inside to request that the reservation be canceled so we could rebook at the publicly advertised rate. Stopped here for 1 night on a recent road trip to visit family in Texas! Had called for a room just shortly before arriving! Walked in to find a machine that I couldnt use & some foreign guy that spoke very little English & wanted to try to charge me almost double the price he had quoted me just a while earlier! After finally getting checked in (VIA someone else) Found the room Dirty, The AC trying to fall out of the wall! & somewhat noisy so I couldnt use! Could not get but a half dozen channels on the TV! ( Analog Only?) Only 2 Flat pillows on a King size bed! The toilet seat loose & almost coming off! The door latches loose & coming off! Had advertised a hot breakfast But all I was able to find was a cup of luke warm coffee & nothing else! VeryDisapointing! Lies! I feel this business

Positive: It was available, It was mostly clean. Negative: It was difficult to find. It seems two hotels attached to one building, both used same remote assistant.The bed was stiff, felt like it had plastic still on it & pillows weren't great.Dogs of guests barking late at night, yelling women in the morning

Our room was clean, but there was no shampoo in the shower. The "staff" was non-existant. There was no staff. You interacted over a video kiosk, with people who spoke bad English and who weren't from the. U.S. The Motel-6 sign which could be seen from the Interstate, boasted a $39 room rate. When I asked for the $39 room rate the woman in the video told me it wasn't available, and my room cost would be $51. Then she said I'd need to pay an additional $20 "security deposit" which would be refunded if there was no damage to the room. I refused, turned around and began walking out, but when I reached the door she said she's waive the $20 "security deposit". I should have left then but I was tired and stayed the night. The outside of this Motel 6 is trashy, but inside it was clean. B
